微滴单细胞包装系统
简介:
我们的半自动系统将单细胞或生物分子包装进微滴中,为后续的筛选和分析做准备。它的包装效率可以达到每秒70000个微滴,且流速可以严格控制。这台设备使得快速且敏感地检测微滴中单个细胞分泌的或者细胞相关的蛋白成为可能。
这一包装系统不影响细胞活性,由于微滴的大小和体积有很大范围的可变性,因而能够用于不同大小的细胞类型。这些微滴被新式的表面活性剂稳定,细胞能够在其中生长,甚至能培养或保存许多天。
