Description:
Thermostable DNA Helicase is a DNA helicase that uses the energy generated by the hydrolysis of nucleoside triphosphates to break the hydrogen bonds linking the two strands together in duplex DNA. It is active in a temperature range of 45 to 65ºC.

Reaction condition:
1X Annealing Buffer II: 10 mM KCl 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.8 @ 25°C Supplement with 4 mM MgSO4 and 3 mM ATP. Incubate at 45 - 65ºC.
